RETURN DEADLINE
At Tecbo, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, We provide a clear return and refund policy to cover any loss from our clients if defective items had been received. We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return according to our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. You can return it to Tecbo within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you receive a damage or defective item, please EMAIL us with your order number, alone with the date of received and a statement of products conditions. It is also necessary to provide us with the photos of damage or defective items, so that we can know the reasons why the items had been refused. Please note, do not send the items back to us unless you confirmed with us and got the authorization.
Also, the damage or defective items must be ship back to us after you got the authorization number in order to gain a credit note. This is one by one basically, which means each damage or defective item you sent back to us, you will get one credit point.
Please, do not send us one sample of the defective items and claim for all the products. We will not accept all the claim if you base on one sample.
After we authorized the refund, we will provide you with a confirmed credit note. You will able to convert them into cash or gain a credit in your account with us. Otherwise, you will get another replacement for the defective items.
CONDITIONS
Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Tecbo reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item you’ll need to call Tecbo to obtain a Return Material Authorization(RMA) number. Tecbo will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. If you have problems or questions, call us or email Tecbo at info@tecbo.com
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If faulty, please specify the defect.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please allow 2-3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
